ARRIVALS

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment to check in. There’s nothing fashionable about arriving late, it will only deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Our Medical aesthetic center is designed for adults and teenagers. We love children, however, we are unable to accommodate them during your visit. All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed guardian consent letter.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart ailment or are using any blood thinning medication. Be sure to inform us if you are using retin-A, Avane, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Also if you have any condition that may be contraindicated for heat therapies, micro-current, radio-frequency, massage or skin care. If you have any other health issue concerns, we ask that you consult with your physician or one of our physician providers before receiving any treatment.

VALUABLES

Please keep your valuables with you during your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

PAYMENT POLICY

LaserMedica™ accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks, and Care Credit. Returned checks will be subject to a $40.00 service charge. Payment is due at time of service.
Although LaserMedica™ makes every effort to keep its website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

RESERVATIONS

Schedule your LaserMedica™ treatment by calling 203-672-2820. Please not that effective April 1, 2011 first time appointments are assumed with a credit card or Gift Certificate. We recommend you schedule your appointment in advance; however, when time permits, walk-ins are welcome. All patients receiving a Laser Hair removal treatment are asked to completely shave the desired treatment area the night before and to bring in any necessary undergarment to be used during treatment. If the area is not properly shaved, not only will the treatment be less effective, but your treatment time will finish as per schedule. There will be a $25.00 fee for shaving.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept any returns of unopened merchandise purchased from LaserMedica™ within seven days of purchase with valid receipt. When items are purchased as a set or kit, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are for LaserMedica™ RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future purchases. NO cash refunds. Please note: gift certificates, series/package purchases are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that things can suddenly pop up, but please allow 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule a treatment and 48 hours to cancel any medical laser, IPL treatment as well as any Botox® or dermal filler injection. If appropriate notice is not given, you will be charged $50 for a facial treatment and $100 for a medical treatment.

CELL PHONES

To maintain the tranquility of the center, and not interfere with the laser equipment we ask that all cell phones and/or paging devices are turned off during treatments and in any treatment room.

NO SMOKING

No smoking is permitted in or around our healthy environment.

FINANCING

LaserMedica™ is pleased to offer financing for packages and treatments over $2500. Financing through CareCredit® is also accepted for package purchases over $1000. Care Credit is easy to apply for and offers convenient payment options.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

A gift for that special someone in your life for any occasion, is available in any denomination and can be purchased at the reception desk or by phone.
